Dominican Republic’s Entry and Exit Form (E-Ticket)
What is it?
The E-Ticket is a free electronic form for travellers entering or exiting the country via commercial flights.
It is required for all foreign and Dominican passengers arriving or departing on commercial air flights.
You must complete the form before arriving at the airline check-in counter or before boarding your flight
How Do I fill it out?
Please only use the following link to fill in your form: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/
There are many duplicate or scam sites on the internet, so do not use Google to search for this website. Only use the direct link above or the one provided by your airline. If any website asks you for a credit card, you are on a scam website.
If you’re travelling with family: one person can create the user-account and include up to 6 additional travellers (so up to 7 persons under one form) for the same trip. Children don’t need to fill out the Customs section.
You can fill it out as soon as your flight details are confirmed, even months ahead.
What you’ll need to supply
Be ready with:
Passport details (name, nationality, passport number)
Flight information (airline, flight number, arrival/departure)
Accommodation address in the Dominican Republic: hotel or rental, including province/municipality/sector. If a vacation rental you’ll need full address. Please refer to your travel documents (emailed by Craig Hansen) to reference your accommodation information.
Some basic customs/health information as required.
After submission
Upon submission you’ll receive a QR code that the immigration/customs authorities may scan on arrival.
It’s recommended to print out or save a screenshot of the QR code and keep it with your other travel documents.
While many passengers do not get checked for the QR code at the airport, the requirement is still officially in force, so you should be prepared.
