There are amazing promotions available at Hard Rock Hotels! These resorts are in high demand for wedding couples, particularly for large groups as they provide complimentary functions which scale based on how large your group is. The bigger your group is, the more free private events you will receive. You are also eligible for free nights awarded as a cash credit to the wedding couple which can cover the cost of their stay at the hotel.
Sample Promotion:
One complimentary room night for every ten (10) room nights paid up to a maximum of seven (7) complimentary room nights. Complimentary nights qualify when group is paying regular rates and are awarded on room category booked up to Diamond King, based double occupancy only.
With a minimum of 225 room nights, the Hotel agrees to provide a maximum of fourteen (14) complimentary room nights. Complimentary nights qualify when group is paying regular rates and are awarded on room category booked up to Diamond King, based double occupancy only.
The hotel agrees to provide one complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category (up to Diamond King when booking 25 rooms or more (reservations must have a minimum of 3 nights or equivalent to 75 room nights. Upgrades are subject to space and availability of the Resort.
If the Wedding Group books 5 - 9 rooms or 15 - 29 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary one (1) hour cocktail reception.
If the Wedding Group books 10 - 19 rooms or 30 - 59 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary two (2) hour private function.
If the Wedding Group books 20 - 29 rooms or 60 - 89 room nights, Couple receives a complimentary one (1) hour cocktail reception and one (1) private function for three (3) hours.
If the Wedding Group books 30 - 49 rooms or 90 - 149 room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary three (3) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.
If the Wedding Group books 50 - 89 rooms or 150 – 269 room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary four (4) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.
If the Wedding Group books 90 rooms or more or 270 or more room nights, Couple receives two (2) complimentary five (5) hour private functions. The private functions must be held on different days.
