I’m Briana, owner of Coral Tide Travel, a licensed travel agency specializing in destination wedding group travel since 2015. We focus on all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.

Destination weddings are our niche. We specialize in creating and managing room blocks, guest reservations, payments, airport transportation and travel-related communication, so you don’t have to become the travel coordinator for your own wedding.

Whether you’ve already chosen your resort or need help finding the right one, we can help you navigate the group travel side of the process.

If you have not yet selected your resort, we can provide group travel packages for the resorts you’re considering, allowing you to compare room rates, group promotions and the overall value of each property. Depending on the resort, group incentives may include complimentary room nights, cash-back incentives, private functions, wedding packages or other concessions.

Once your resort is selected and your wedding date is secured with the resort’s wedding department, Coral Tide manages the travel side of your wedding group.

Every Coral Tide couple receives a personalized wedding website that gives your guests one central place to manage their travel.

Guests can:

• Book their accommodations

• Make payments toward their trip

• Arrange airport transportation

You can also customize your site with wedding photos, details and registry information.

Why a Room Block Matters

A room block is a group reservation that secures room inventory and group pricing at your wedding resort. It encourages guests to book early, helps protect availability in preferred room categories and gives you a much clearer picture of who is actually attending.

Guests typically place a small deposit to secure their room and can make payments over time according to the resort’s payment schedule. Once final payments are due, we have a much more accurate confirmed guest list—helping you and your wedding coordinator finalize your wedding details with greater confidence.

Two Sides of Your Destination Wedding

It’s important to understand that your destination wedding involves two separate areas of planning:

The resort’s wedding department handles the wedding—your wedding date, package, events, vendors, décor, food and beverage, and wedding-day details.

Coral Tide handles the travel—your room block, guest accommodations, travel-related communication, airport transportation and coordination with the resort.

We work alongside the resort throughout the process so the two sides stay organized and connected.

Coral Tide is intentionally a boutique agency. I remain your primary contact, supported by a dedicated Group Travel Specialist who helps manage your group’s travel needs.

With a background in communications, business and client services, I built Coral Tide around the idea that couples and their guests deserve a professional, responsive and personalized experience.

And because our services are paid by the resorts and tour operators, there is no cost to you to use Coral Tide for your group travel.

Is Coral Tide Right for You?

We work with couples based in the U.S. who are planning destination weddings and expect a minimum of approximately 30 guests, as room blocks generally require a minimum number of rooms.
