Our wedding day will be Friday, April 10th, 2026 at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: an all-inclusive resort located in the Costa Mujeres region of Mexico (airport CUN). We have secured a room block and group rates with the resort from April 6th - April 13th, 2026 and you are welcome to join for as many days as you would like (4-night minimum to book with the group). RESORT OVERVIEW

  • The opening of Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is an addition to the Majestic resort family that introduces sophistication and innovation to this picturesque, white sand beachfront location located just 20 minutes north of Cancun.

How to book your room at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres

To be considered part of Jane and John’s room block, you must book through the group booking and not as an individual guest through another source. There is a 4-night minimum to book with the room block. The resort may charge fees and have additional requirements for wedding attendees who are staying off-resort to enter on the property, so kindly discuss with the wedding couple beforehand if this is your plan. When filling out the forms below, please use a desktop computer if possible for the best user experience.

Travel Insurance (optional)

  • The Trip Mate travel insurance below is offered for US residents only. The Group Elite package with cancel for any reason (CFAR) benefit is not available for residents of New York state.

  • If you are not a US resident you will need to reach out to a local travel insurance agency to purchase travel insurance. We recommend that you look into travel insurance before placing your deposit for your room as some policies will have time limitations.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for guests visiting Mexico. Click the button below for the brochure with travel insurance details. Travel insurance, once purchased, is non-refundable and covers the room only portion of your trip unless you purchase flights through Coral Tide Travel (in which case flights may be included). There are two options for travel insurance:

Travel Insurance Benefits & Pricing

RSVP & Room Deposit

There is a 4-night minimum stay.

An initial deposit of $100 per room is required to book your room and due to the high demand of this resort we recommend that you place your deposit as soon as possible. Rooms / categories are reserved on a first come first serve basis (certain room categories are limited and sell out very quickly). The deposit and any incremental payments made towards the cost of your room are refundable through the travel agency until December 15th, 2025 and thereafter all payments are non-refundable. Bookings made after December 15th, 2025 may be subject to updated room rates.

There is travel insurance available if you foresee cancellation as a possible option. The "Group Elite" option above offers a "Cancel For Any Reason Benefit" covering 75%. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your deposit to be processed. The deposit will only be processed once your room is confirmed with the resort and you will be sent an invoice outlining your reservation details to the email address provided.

Payment of Room Balance

The full balance of your room is due by January 23rd, 2026. Once you place your deposit, you will be emailed an invoice and payment form to submit payments towards your room as you wish.

Airfare

You may purchase airfare yourself via your airline of choice. The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Airport Transfers (optional)

The airport transfers below are for travellers who booked with the group booking only using the Room Deposit Form on this wedding website.

You must have your flights prior to ordering your transfers. If you have questions about the transfers or require any assistance determining the best transfer option for your needs, please email craig@coraltidetravel.com . Shared transfers will make approximately 3-5 stops before arriving at your hotel and therefore it’s highly recommended that you select the private transfer options so that you can get directly from the airport to the resort. All travellers on a private transfer should be on the same flight. The transfer company is located in Mexico, so please ensure that your credit card is set up to accept international purchases.

FAQs

  • Yes. Having a room block allows the wedding couple to maintain a clean guest list so that they can plan events accordingly. The room block is often tied to their event or promotional minimums and can affect their event pricing.

  • Yes, a passport is required to travel to Mexico. Passport offices are extremely busy at the moment, so now is a good time to double check passport expiry dates. We recommend you renew the passport if it expires within 6 months post travel.

  • You can book professional, reliable airport transfers by using the button above on the wedding website or email briana@coraltidetravel.com and we will assist you. There is a shared shuttle along with private vehicle options. If you have a large group traveling on the same flight, we can organize an appropriately sized vehicle for you. If you are looking for something different (ie. limo) please email us!

  • Please refer to the wedding couples directions if they provide them. For ladies, a nice light dress or flowy pants with a more formal shirt can be good options. For men, a linen or cotton button down with a collar and light pants or chinos will work well.

    While you should pack attire that you will be comfortable in, we recommend that men bring long pants, shirts with sleeves and closed toe shoes as many restaurants require a dress code.
